We take great pride in maintaining our tents so when they arrive for your event, they are clean, durable, stable and in excellent condition. We are proud to say that our clients love our elegant, high peak frame tents. We have received many compliments on the quality in comparison to other rental companies.

THINGS TO CONSIDER
How many guests are you expecting?
Will your guests be seated or standing?
Do you prefer round or banquet-style tables?
Will you need extra room for food tables, a dance floor, or other extra space needs?
Will your tent be setup on grass or on asphalt?
TIPS TO ENSURE YOUR RENTAL EXPERIENCE RUNS SMOOTH

- We stake our tents and use water barrels to anchor when needed. Customer will need to supply water source or hose if needed.
- Customer is responsible for having utilities marked prior to tent installation. Trio Events LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred during tent construction or removal.
- Please be onsite at time of delivery to ensure the tent is installed in the correct location. If you can’t be there, let us know in advance and mark the site.
- Do not mow grass before the tent is installed. Please wait until after the installation to avoid grass clipping from attaching to the tent top.
- Deliveries are usually made between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. During our busy season, deliveries may run later than 5:00 p.m. Our crew will call you about a half hour prior to arrival.
- Please be onsite at time of delivery to ensure the tent is installed in the correct location. If you can’t be there, let us know in advance and mark the site.
SETUP & PICKUP
We typically arrive 1-2 days prior to your event to setup tents. We return for take down and pickup 1-2 days after your event. Please neatly stack all tables and chairs in the same manner they were delivered by 9am the day after your event to avoid a $50 break down fee.
